SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time-All orders processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipment can occur Monday-Saturday. All orders placed on Friday, Saturdays, and legal U.S. Federal Holidays will be shipped out the following business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during peak seasons expect delays of 10-15 business days for shipping.
Delays
Customers will receive notice within 7-10 business days if there are any changes or delays with shipping. Most retail orders (not including wholesale or custom orders) are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping occurs when all payments have been approved by the financial institution. SeekIanIProductions.com d/b/a Seek I an I Productions, LLC will not be held liable for shipping delayed by weather or other natural disasters.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. The day of shipping is not included in the estimated delivery time. Orders placed with missing information are subject to cancellation.
Please note that most standard shipping orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). For heavy packages (over 5lbs) shipping will be processed through FedEx. You will receive an email with additional charges (FedEx rates will vary based on the packaging) for parcels shipped using FedEx. We WILL use the most efficient method for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Seek I an I Productions, LLC strives for 100% customer satisfaction with each item you order on SeekIanIProductions.com. Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. International customers are given an additional 15 days depending on shipping transit time. Contact us via email @ info@seekianiproductions.com to check return eligibility.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
* All clearance and sale items are non-refundable. Exchange only on sale items according to policy.
For Exchanges:
1. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your exchange and the original invoice. If you received a gift and are asking for an exchange, please indicate who the person is that originally purchased the merchandise so we may locate the purchase order.
2. List the items you want to exchange/return on your invoice and send the items back to:

3. Domestic - Customer is responsible for the shipping costs UNLESS the item was sent by mistake or a manufacturer defect.
International - Customer is responsible for the shipping costs UNLESS the item was sent by mistake or a manufacturer defect.
For Returns: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your original method of payment when the item is returned and inspected. Returns must not have been worn, used or altered. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.
For Refunds: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges regardless if its domestic or international) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our return conditions. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.
Please allow 14 business days for processing once your package is received by our Returns department. For international and APO/FPO addresses, allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
Cancellations
Orders that haven’t been processed can be cancelled at no charge 24-48 hours. Please email Customer Service at info@seekianiproductions.com with your order number, customer recipient name and a contact number.
